On the California coast near Santa Cruz, Larry Jacobs has been growing organic culinary herbs for many years, providing high-quality products to the local community. When toxic pesticides were discovered on his crops in October 2006, he was dismayed. When the source was found to be a nearby farm, he began legal action to keep the dangerous chemicals from drifting onto his crops.
